Overview

The Review Task Compliance report allows retail operations to monitor stores compliance with each scheduled task.

Criteria Form

The criteria form contains the following fields.

Field Description
Outstanding Only Check this box to only show outstanding tasks. Leave it un-checked to show all tasks created between a date range. If un-checked, the Start Date and End Date fields are required. When this report is embedded on the stores home page, this setting will be checked.
Task Manager Each task is assigned a task manager. This field enables you to view only those tasks for a specific task manager. Alternatively the All option is selected to show tasks for all task managers. When this report is embedded on the stores home page, this setting will be set to All.
Select Store By Allows selection of all stores or a sub-set of stores. Refer to the article Standard Store Selection for more information.
Selected Store(s)
Start Date When Outstanding Only is un-checked, these fields define the date range to show tasks for.
End Date
Only Show Overdue Items Determines if the report shows only overdue items. If checked and there are no overdue items against a task the task will now show in the report event thought it may not be complete.

Report

There are two reporting levels. The level 1 reports shows each task that meets the criteria defined on the form including the task name, the total stores targeted by the task, the number of stores over due and the due date for the tasks.

To display level two report which shows the specific task's details, click on the link. The level two report contains all sub-tasks for the selected task. Expand each sub-task to display the status of each store targeted by the task.

If Only Show Overdue Items is checked, the level one report will only show tasks which are over-due or contain sub-tasks which are overdue. Also the level two report will only show a sub-task if it contains stores that are overdue.

Remarks
